This was a weekend hen do trip for around 25 people. The grounds, tennis courts and pools were all excellent. Even approaching the house was beautiful. We had excellent communication from the hosts prior to staying with detailed instructions, room plans and optional extras. As the organizer of the hen do I got multiple compliments from the attendees for finding such an excellent venue

Our largest cottage, sleeping up to 17 across seven bedrooms. Built around 1760 to house the estate's carriages, it has kept the height and light of its original purpose. A 30ft living and dining room where two refectory tables seat 24, an open fire for the colder months, and doors onto a terrace with a BBQ. One bedroom sits on the ground floor with its own wet room. The kitchen runs to a range cooker and a four-hob, so feeding a full party is no trouble, and the tennis court is right on the doorstep.
Extended families and gatherings of old friends who want room to spread out and a table big enough for everyone. Taken on its own it sleeps 17; joined to the rest of the Courtyard Cottages through the archway, it opens up to 25, the arrangement most guests take.
The Coach House is usually booked together with the Courtyard Cottage to form the Courtyard Cottages. Enquire if you want to just book the Coach House only.

From £488/nightStep out almost onto the lake. The Dovecote stands close to the water, where swans and wildfowl pass the windows and a four-poster looks out over it all. A small cottage for four, a fire lit against the evening, and the estate's fifteen acres beyond the door.
