Description
An electric Sauna is the new addition to our facilities! It is located next to the swimming pool.
We provide an induction and briefing of the rules as well as initial set up.
The cost is £50 per day.
The guidance for use is as follows:
- No children under 14 years of age.
- Use the toilet and shower before entering the sauna.
- No wearing of sun tan lotions, spray tans or skin creams in the sauna.
- Do not use the sauna after a heavy meal or under the influence of alcohol or sedatives.
- Do not exceed 15 minutes use in the sauna at a time.
- Seek medical advice before entering the sauna if pregnant, have health problems (e.g. heart conditions), or are immunosuppressed.
