Covid-19 – What to expect at Upper Court

This year has been difficult for everyone. None of us were expecting Covid-19 to take over our lives so drastically. At Upper Court, our number 1 priority is the welfare of guests and staff.

Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure all cottages and shared facilities are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays/use.

We have provided anti-bacterial hand soap at every sink and hand sanitiser is available in every cottage.

All of our facilities including the tennis court, swimming pool and games area have a timetable system in place to ensure guests are not socialising outside government guidelines and to allow time for cleaning in between use.

We are operating a contact free check-in service. Details of this will be sent to guests ahead of arrival along with your welcome documents.

Staff will wear masks and socially distance when assisting guests during your stay.

Guests are encouraged to wash hands frequently, particularly before and after use of Upper Court facilities and when entering your cottage. We also encourage guests to notify us if you see anyone not complying with social distancing rules.

We are located in a Tier-2 area. This means we cannot allow bookings where more than 1 household/bubble is present. For larger groups you can of course book more than one cottage to ensure social distancing, however you cannot socialise indoors together. You can socialise outdoors, providing you do not exceed the rule of 6.

We hope you all stay safe and well during this challenging time
