Entered through the courtyard archway, this inviting cottage is light and spacious. The beamed drawing room has an antique pine fireplace with iron stove and a mellow terracotta tile floor. Bow windows give lovely views of the Upper Court grounds.

The separate dining room has a refectory table with seating for 8 (with an additional table providing for a total of 14 diners if needed). A door leads to a sheltered private outside seating area – just the spot for a summer lunch.

Bedroom Configuration:
First Floor –
Bedroom 1 – Zip and Link Double bed that can be split into 2 singles
Bedroom 2 – Double Bedroom
This floor has a compact shower room with basin and loo plus a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and loo.
Second Floor –
The second floor is the former hayloft and is a stunning family room with a double and 2 single beds. (The double can be split into twin beds if required)

Damage Deposit of £250 - We charge a damage deposit which is due with your balance payment and is fully refundable 7 days after you leave providing no damage/spillages occur.
